Stay up to date with all of the latest news from Highlands United Methodist Church, Denver

Join us TONIGHT (Monday, June 19th)  for our biweekly current events discussion. We have plenty of room at the table, and we respect all viewpoints. We hope to see you at 6:30pm! Update: the group will meet on Pastor Brad’s porch tonight (directly west of the church on 32nd Ave.).

Tomorrow night, Tuesday, June 20th, Highlands UMC will host a screening and discussion of a documentary by local filmmaker Drew Alexander. In early July, Drew will travel to north Jordan with Atlantic Humanitarian Relief to assist the many Syrian refugees in need. Drew’s film takes a closer look at this and other regions along the Syrian border. Although this event is free, all proceeds will benefit the AHR, providing much-needed maternal and infant care to the refugees Drew will work with on his next trip. Join us at 6pm in the Fellowship Hall.

You can read more about Drew, his mission, and Atlantic Humanitarian Relief here.
