Highlands UMC is a Reconciling Congregation, open to all.
Highlands United Methodist Church embraces Jesus’ message that God loves and accepts every person, and so our welcome knows no boundaries. In the name and spirit of Jesus, we welcome people of every age, race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental ability, and economic condition into full participation in the life and leadership of our congregation.
Our worship services are on Sundays 10am and are a time to celebrate the joys of, as well as find support for, the other six days of the week- through music, prayer, and sermons that engage the deep meaning of everyday life.
We welcome children and families, offer Sunday School and a nursery staffed with safe, caring adults.
Sunday School runs concurrent with worship- children begin worship with their families and then head to Sunday School following Children’s Time a little way into the worship service.
